Terms of Service

1. General Terms
These terms of service apply to LOFT GYM (Business ID: 1234567-8) membership and use of services. By becoming a member, you accept these terms. LOFT GYM is located at Karakaari 3, 02610 Espoo, Finland.
2. Membership
Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to another person. A joining fee of €19 is charged when joining. The minimum membership period is 3 months. Membership can be taken out by adults. Under 18s require parental consent.
3. Payment Terms
Membership fees are billed in 4-week periods in advance. We accept bank and credit cards as well as employee benefits (Epassi, Smartum, Edenred). Unpaid invoices will result in suspension of access rights.
4. Cancellation
Continuous membership is cancelled with a one-month notice period. Cancellation is made in writing by email to [email protected] or at customer service. Membership can be temporarily suspended, for example due to injury. Contact customer service.
5. Gym Rules
• Follow good manners and respect other gym users • Wipe down equipment after use • Return weights to their places • Store change of clothes and outerwear in the locker room • Do not reserve equipment with your belongings • Photography without permission is prohibited • Use of intoxicants is strictly prohibited
6. Limitation of Liability
LOFT GYM is not responsible for personal property. You train at your own risk. Consult a doctor before starting training if you have health restrictions. LOFT GYM is not responsible for injuries caused by training.
7. Changes to Terms
LOFT GYM reserves the right to change the terms of service. Members will be notified of significant changes by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Contact information: [email protected] +358 40 123 4567
