A movement that isolates the calves using the machine's resistance. Keep your legs straight and focus on a full contraction of the calf muscles.
Sit in the machine and place the balls of your feet on the bottom edge of the platform, with your heels hanging off.
Straighten your legs (without locking your knees) and release the safety locks.
Slowly lower your heels as far as possible to get a good stretch in your calves.
Forcefully press up through the balls of your feet, squeezing your calves hard at the top. Hold for a moment, then repeat.
When finished, engage the safety locks before bending your legs.
