An effective fundamental exercise for the triceps that isolates the muscle while engaging the core. Keep your upper arms stationary throughout the movement.
Select an appropriate weight and stand facing the machine.
Grasp the upper handles with an overhand grip (palms facing down), elbows at a 90-degree angle and close to your body.
Keep your core tight and your back straight. Exhale and press the handles down, fully extending your arms.
Squeeze your triceps hard at the bottom of the movement.
Inhale and slowly return the handles to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Repeat the movement.
