Stand next to the end of the bar, not on the footplates. Support yourself with your free hand on your knee.
Grip the end of the bar with one hand (overhand grip). Keep your torso nearly parallel to the floor.
Pull the weight up towards your side, focusing on a powerful contraction in your lat.
Lower the weight under control and complete the desired number of reps before switching sides.
