This movement challenges your core and improves muscular balance. Use a lighter weight than in a standard press.
Set yourself up in the machine as normal, but grip only one handle.
Engage your core to keep your torso stationary and stable throughout the movement.
Press the handle forward, resisting any twisting of your torso.
Return the weight slowly and with control back to the starting point.
Complete all repetitions on one side before switching to the other.
