An advanced movement that improves muscular balance and deepens the contraction. Focus on pulling with your elbow and keeping your torso stable.
Attach a single handle to the machine.
Sit slightly sideways at the machine to allow a clear path for the handle past your torso. Use your free hand to brace yourself on the knee pad.
Keep your back straight and pull the handle down towards your side. Focus on achieving a maximum contraction in your lat.
Pause for a moment and feel the burn in your back.
Return the handle slowly and with control to the starting position. Repeat for the other side.
