An advanced exercise to maximize strength and endurance using pyramid sets. In this exercise, you will increase the weight and decrease the repetitions with each set.
Start with a warm-up set using a light weight for 15 repetitions.
Set 1: Select a weight you can lift for 12 repetitions.
Set 2: Increase the weight and perform 10 repetitions.
Set 3: Increase the weight again and perform 8 repetitions.
Set 4 (Peak Set): Select your heaviest weight to perform 6 repetitions with perfect form. Rest for 90-120 seconds between sets.
