This advanced movement targets the upper chest and front deltoids. It requires good core stability and focus on proper muscle activation.
Set both pulleys to the lowest position and select an appropriate weight.
Stand in the middle of the station, grab the handles, and take a slight step forward. Keep your chest up and a slight bend in your elbows.
Pull the handles upwards and inwards in a wide arc until they meet in front of your chest at eye level. Squeeze your upper chest muscles forcefully.
Slowly and with control, return the handles to the starting position down by your sides, resisting the weight on the way back.
