An explosive interval workout to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness. Alternate between all-out sprints and active recovery.
Start with a 2-minute light jog to warm up.
Grip the handles and begin an all-out sprint for 20 seconds. Use your entire body to accelerate the belt.
After the sprint, slow down in a controlled manner and walk slowly for 40 seconds to recover.
Repeat this cycle of 20 seconds of sprinting and 40 seconds of walking for 8-10 rounds.
Finish the workout with a 2-minute cool-down walk.
