By placing your feet higher on the platform, you shift the emphasis of the exercise more towards the glutes and hamstrings.
Sit on the machine and place your feet on the upper portion of the platform, slightly wider than your shoulders.
Ensure your heels remain flat on the platform throughout the entire movement.
Push the sled up until your legs are almost straight. Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement.
Lower the weight slowly and with control back to the starting position, feeling the stretch in your hamstrings and glutes.
