This workout improves cardiovascular fitness by alternating between high and moderate intensity periods. It's an effective way to burn calories and boost your endurance.
Warm up for 5 minutes at a light resistance.
Pedal for 2 minutes at a moderate resistance and pace (work phase).
Increase the resistance and/or speed and pedal at a high intensity for 1 minute (interval).
Return to 2 minutes of moderate pedaling to recover.
Repeat steps 2-4 for a total of 6-8 rounds.
Finish with a 5-minute cool-down at a light pace.
