A fundamental exercise for strengthening the chest muscles. Focus on a controlled movement and feel the contraction in your pecs.
Adjust the seat height so the handles are at chest level. Adjust the starting position of the arms to be comfortable.
Sit with your back firmly against the pad, grasp the handles, and keep your elbows slightly bent.
Squeeze your chest muscles to slowly bring the handles together in front of you.
Pause for a moment when the handles meet, then return them to the starting position in a controlled manner.
