A fundamental exercise for triceps, focusing on proper form and controlled movement. Ideal for beginners to build strength and muscle mass.
Adjust the seat height so the handles are at chest level and your elbows are at about a 90-degree angle in the starting position.
Sit with your back straight and firmly against the pad. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip (palms facing down).
Exhale and push the handles forward until your arms are almost fully extended. Do not lock your elbows.
Pause for a moment and squeeze your triceps.
Inhale and slowly return the handles to the starting position in a controlled manner.
