A foundational movement for overall leg strength development. Focus on a controlled movement and a full range of motion to build a strong base.
Sit on the machine and place your feet shoulder-width apart in the center of the platform. Ensure your back and hips are firmly against the seat.
Release the safety locks. Slowly push the sled upwards until your legs are almost straight, but do not lock your knees.
Lower the weight back down in a controlled manner until your knees are at approximately a 90-degree angle.
Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
