Sit securely in the machine and adjust the seat height and chest pad so the handles are above your shoulders.
Grasp the handles with an overhand grip. Keep your back straight and chest up.
Pull the handles down and back towards your upper chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
Slowly and controlledly return the handles to the starting position, feeling the stretch in your back muscles.
