Sit down and adjust the seat height and chest pad so the handles are above your shoulders.
Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, keeping your back straight and chest up.
Pull the handles down and back towards your upper chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together forcefully.
Pause for a moment at peak contraction.
Slowly and controllably return the handles to the starting position.
