A fundamental movement that teaches the correct use of the machine and safely activates the triceps. Focus on a controlled, alternating motion and keep your back straight.
Sit firmly in the machine with your back against the backrest and place your feet on the floor.
Adjust the seat height so your elbows are slightly below your shoulders and grip the handles.
Begin the movement by extending one arm straight down, squeezing the triceps at the end of the motion. Keep the other arm stationary.
Slowly and controlled, return the arm back to the starting position.
Repeat the movement with the other arm. Continue alternating for the prescribed number of repetitions.
