A fundamental movement focused on learning proper form and muscle connection. Perform the movement in a controlled, alternating fashion with each arm.
Set an appropriate, light weight and adjust the seat so your elbows are aligned with the machine's pivot point and your upper arm is supported.
Sit securely with a straight back and grasp the handles. Keep your wrists straight.
Curl one arm up until your bicep is fully contracted. Focus on squeezing the muscle at the peak of the movement.
Lower the weight slowly and with control back to the starting position.
Repeat the same movement with the other arm. Continue alternating for the entire set.
