This exercise effectively isolates the triceps muscle, helping to build arm size and strength. Focus on controlled movement and a full range of motion.
Attach a rope handle to the high pulley and select a suitable weight.
Stand facing the machine, grasp the rope with an overhand grip, and keep your elbows tucked in close to your body.
Push the rope down until your arms are fully extended. Squeeze your triceps at the bottom of the movement, separating the ends of the rope slightly.
Slowly and controllably return the weight to the starting position, maintaining tension on the triceps throughout.
