Step onto the machine and place your feet securely on the pedals. Select a manual program and set the resistance to a low level (2-4).
Begin with a 5-minute warm-up at a light pace.
Continue pedaling for 15-20 minutes at a steady, conversational pace.
Hold the stationary handles to focus on your lower body, or use the moving handles to engage upper body muscles as well.
Finish with a 5-minute cool-down by slowing your pace and gradually decreasing the resistance.
