A dynamic exercise that challenges coordination and endurance by using the machine's independent sleds. One leg pushes up while the other lowers down.
Place both feet on their respective sleds, shoulder-width apart. Release both safety locks.
Start with both legs extended, knees slightly bent. Begin by lowering your right leg in a controlled manner.
As your right leg approaches the bottom position, simultaneously begin to push your left leg back up. The movement should be fluid and continuous, like a piston.
Continue alternating, focusing on maintaining constant tension in the muscles and a stable position in your back.
One repetition is typically counted after both legs have completed one push.
